What Worked, What I’d Do Different

Dropping The Loner Theory merch was a whole new lane for me. It wasn’t just slapping a logo on a shirt — it was extending the story. Letting people wear a piece of the music.

What Worked:

  • Designs with meaning. People rocked with the minimalist, moody visuals. They matched the music’s tone.

  • Limited quantities. Keeping it exclusive made each drop feel special.

  • Community first. I promoted it to my core fans before anyone else, and they held it down.

What I’d Do Different:

  • Better sizing options. I ran out of some sizes too quick.

  • More photos + lifestyle shots. Product pics are cool, but people want to see how it fits into real life.

  • Follow-up content. I should’ve posted more about people rocking the gear after the drop.

The merch game taught me that every product is a message. Next drops are gonna be even more intentional.
