It’s been a minute since I updated the blog, and a lot has gone down since the last post. Life been loud. Beautiful, painful, productive, and healing — all at once. I want to take a moment to reflect and tap y’all back into the journey.
First off, if you haven’t seen the Breeze music video yet… stop what you’re doing and go peep that. It’s more than a visual — it’s a breath of fresh air. We shot it with intention: simplicity, mood, and motion. The energy of the video is exactly where I was mentally at that time — somewhere between isolation and flow.
Releasing The Loner Theory was like opening up my journal and letting people read pages I used to burn. That tape is about silence, struggle, and the magic you find when you're misunderstood. Appreciate everybody who copped the merch too — the response was love. Roses to everyone who supported that release.
🚗 Real Life Hit — Car Crash
Not long ago, I got in a car accident that had me sitting still and re-evaluating everything. It could’ve been worse. I’m grateful I walked away. That moment reminded me to stop ignoring signs, slow down when needed, and take care of myself even when I'm chasing everything at once.
🎧 Therapy Session Mixtape in the Works
That moment of stillness after the accident led straight into deeper sessions in the studio. I’ve been pouring myself into Therapy Sessions. The project is me looking inward. Each track is a question, a confession, or a journal entry. The skits tie it all together. The tape is not just music — it’s me in real time, trying to grow, trying to understand.
🏢 Became Production Manager at Glasshouse
Big moves on the business side too. I took on the role of Production Manager at Glasshouse. It’s been a dope challenge — learning how to run a creative space, manage people, and make the vision clearer for artists who walk through our doors. Ty Knight the artist been learning from Ty Knight the leader.
🎤 Langston Freestyle — A Glimpse Into My Mind
This one came out of nowhere, but hit deep. I dropped Langston Freestyle as a quick check-in, a moment of reflection. The idea of Langston Hughes being reborn in this generation is wild, but sometimes I feel like I’m walking his path — dreaming loud, surviving louder.
3D is short, but heavy. Every song represents a layer of me: the daydreamer, the hustler, the realist. It was the perfect warmup for what’s coming next. The EP let me experiment and build momentum before the full Therapy Sessionsexperience drops.
Shoutout to everybody who grabbed The Loner Theory merch. It sold better than I expected, and more drops are coming. If you missed it, don’t worry — we’re cooking up new designs that speak to the same energy. Minimal, meaningful, and fly.
Last thing — I’m officially offering mixing and production services through Glasshouse. Whether you're a rapper, poet, or vocalist, I got you. If you like the sound I bring to Ty Knight, imagine what we could build together. Reach out. Let's create something timeless.
