Grant of Exclusive License
1.1 Licensor grants Licensee a 5-year exclusive license to use the Beat titled “[Beat Title]”.
1.2 Licensee has exclusive rights to release, distribute, perform, and monetize the Beat during the term.
Not included:

Ownership of the composition

The right to resell or transfer the license

Compensation
2.1 Fee: [Exclusive Price] (one-time payment)

Rights and Ownership

Miscellaneous
6.1 Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State].
6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [City, State].
6.3 Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
6.4 Amendments: This Contract may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties.
