Licensee: Purchaser of 3D Exclusive Content1. Grant of License
By purchasing the 3D exclusive package, you (“Licensee”) are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and access the included digital content (“Content”).
This license allows for personal use only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share the Content publicly.
- Use the Content for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling, incorporating into music, videos, or artwork).
- Modify, remix, or create derivative works from the Content.
- Upload the Content to streaming platforms or distribute it outside of personal use.
2. Ownership & Rights
All rights, including copyrights, remain with Ty Knight / Slay Dragons LLC. You own a copy, but not the rights to the Content itself. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
3. Enforcement & Termination
If this agreement is violated, your access to the Content may be revoked without refund, and legal action may be taken.
